Toll processing to add value
We process a range of industrial mineral fillers for use in specialised formulations with applications in a variety of industry sectors. These sectors include coatings, paint, powder coating, automotive friction products, rubber, sound insulation, plastics and many other niche markets where chemical and mineral powders are required to be processed and supplied to a consistent particle size.

We work closely with our customers to decide business critical details regarding the formulation of their chosen material including moisture content, quality control and particle size distribution. Capable of handling small test samples through to large scale manufacturing runs, we receive our customers raw materials in bulk and bagged form and store them in silos that are specifically designed to prevent any cross contamination.
The raw materials are then subjected to various processes such as crushing, drying, milling, grinding and blending before the final products are bagged and dispatched or stored in silos prior to dispatch by tanker.
