For your drying requirements we use a Nu Way burner in conjunction with our Attritor mill. This provides the ability to dry your product and/or mill it for particle size reduction if required. The system features rotary screens designed to remove any additional oversized particles within the process and the finished product can be packed or loaded into silos for tanker dispatch.
Materials regularly dried and dispatched at our Derbyshire site are barytes, alumina trihydrate, ball clay, kaolin, bentonite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, chalk and gypsum.
From pilot scale batches through to full production runs, we have the capability to blend numerous powder products and as our regular customers include global suppliers to heavily regulated industries such as aerospace and energy, oil and gas, we are familiar with the need for detailed supplier audits and are happy to provide full product traceability.
